5K Trek For Trykes

DATE: WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 1, 2023

TIME:  5:00 PM - 8:00 PM Walk begins (run only if you wish)

The walk will be a continuous walk-when you arrive you will be transported to the lights-walk and then return to the parking lot for pickup (Last pickup is 7:30pm-last drop off back to parking lot is 8:30pm. T-shirt guarantee only if registered by October 20th.

WHERE:  CARMELA'S MAGICAL SANTA LAND

Park at Doris McQueen Elementary School and you will be transported to the walk (across from Bar K Ranch - 422 FM 2751 - Longview, TX)

COST:

$30 includes T-shirt - 12 yrs and older (after 10/20 late registration fee $35)

$15 for 6 yrs-11 yrs accompanied by a paying adult (after 10/20 late registration fee $20)

Free for 0-5 yrs accompanied by a paying adult - with no T-shirt but can order T-shirt separately for $15

PACKET PICKUP: Early packet pickup available: Monday, October 30th & Tuesday, October 31st 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM at 714 N High Street, Longview.

SPONSORS NEEDED:

$2,500 - Name on Tee-Shirt , 4 Free Trek for Tryke Walk Entries, Sponsor Santa for a week with a Special Sponsorship sign, signs along the walk and throughout the Season

$1,500 - Name on Tee-Shirt, 3 Free Trek for Tryke Walk Entries, Sponsor Santa for a week with Special Sponsorship sign, Signs along the walk.

$1,000 - Name on Tee-Shirt, 2 Free Trek for Tryke Walk Entries and Signs along the walk

$500 - Sign along the walk
